Returns & other policies
Regent Home Collection offers a 30-Day In-Home Trial on every rug we sell, except for samples, customized rugs, clearance items, products sold through 3rd party showroom and rug pads that have been opened. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it – no questions asked.
After we determine what you want to return we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and an email with complete instructions on where to ship your merchandise. You will receive a separate shipping label for every item you are returning, so please carefully match each label to the appropriate package. Note this is NOT a pre-paid shipping label. You are responsible for selecting a trackable carrier plus paying the insurance and return shipping charges.
Notes on returns
- Do not fold, staple or tape any surfaces of the item or rug
- The returned item must be in new condition. If it is soiled or damaged, it will be refused.
- No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns that are received without an RA# or are shipped to the wrong address will incur additional freight costs and a 20% service fee.
- No returns will be accepted after the 30-day trial period has expired.
Personalized, custom-made, clearance, and sample items are not returnable unless there is damage or a defect. In that case, we will gladly provide you a replacement if an identical product is currently available, or we will refund your purchase price.
